This EULA is a legal agreement between you and Memeifyit for the use of the Memeifyit app.
1. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app for personal or internal business use, subject to this agreement.
2. Restrictions
- No copying, modifying, or distributing the app outside permitted use.
- No reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling except where law permits.
- No use of the app to violate laws or third-party rights.
3. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in and to the app remain with Memeifyit and its licensors.
4. Updates
We may provide updates, patches, or feature changes at our discretion. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
5. Termination
This license terminates automatically if you breach this agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete all copies of the app.
6. Warranty Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Memeifyit is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
